About the Chamber:
The Executive Council of the Malta Chamber of Geologists (MCG) meets on a regular basis and every meeting is minuted.
The Council and its meetings are governed by the Statute of the MCG.
The Chamber is registered with the Commission for Voluntary Organisations
The Malta Chamber of Geologists forms part of the network of European Geosciences Union (EGU) National Geoscientific Societies.
The MCG is a member of the Council of the European Federation of Geologists and has three members as representatives.
Honorary membership is bestowed by the Council to persons who have made exceptional contributions to Maltese geology in Malta or overseas. Two geologists have accepted Honorary membership to the MCG:
